LAHORE: On June 29, Code 19 was confirmed in 2,846 more people across Pakistan. In those 24 hours, 118 people lost their lives. According to the National Command and Control Center, 20930 people were tested in the country on Monday.
Of these, 8464 tests were conducted in Sindh, 7729 in Punjab, 1877 in Khyber Pakhtunkhwa, 2180 in Islamabad, 328 in Balochistan, 94 in Gilgit-Baltistan and 258 in Pakistan-administered Kashmir.
No patient is currently on ventilator in Gilgit-Baltistan. The remaining 505 patients are currently on ventilators. A total of 1562 ventilators have been allocated for Code 19 patients. The number of active cases of Corona in Pakistan is still 106530.
So far, 209337 people have been diagnosed with the epidemic across Pakistan. These include 1065 cases in Pakistan-administered Kashmir, 811985 in Sindh, 75501 in Punjab, 26115 in Khyber Pakhtunkhwa, 12775 in Islamabad, 10426 in Balochistan and 1470 in Gilgit-Baltistan.
