MUMBAI: Indian actress and producer Anushka Sharma has said that as a producer, she will give chance to real and talented actors to work in her films.
According to the Indian website ANI, Anushka Sharma in a recent interview, while talking about the ongoing debate against nepotism in the Indian showbiz industry, said, "That's what she did when she became a producer at the age of 25. I thought that as a producer, I would give opportunities to real and talented actors who work day and night to build their careers, bring out people who have no other recourse in this industry but their talent.
Anushka Sharma's production house is called 'Clean Slate Film' in which her brother Cornish Sharma is also a co-founder. Karnish Sharma says, "When he set up the production house, it was very clear in his mind that brand new actors would be given a chance, who would be introduced without any filters, whose voices would also be without filters." He thought that through this production house, brand new and talented people would be brought into the industry.
Anushka Sharma said, "She has had a very interesting journey in the industry. During this time, she has learned a lot. She wants to try out her experiences with her brother at her production house."
