DUBAI, UAE: Tiger Properties launched the "Customer Services" mobile application that provides real estate services to its buyers and tenants in a simple and easy way. This application is considered to be the first app in the real estate market that provides such services.
Eng. AMER Walid, CEO of Tiger Properties informed us that the new application can provide all the services which the customer needs such as:
submit requests, suggestions, or complaints and follow up on them, view projects updates', unit plans, payments, cheques, or contract details, pay the due amount online, replace all kinds of cheques, receive any type of official letters with fast delivery service to our valuable customers locally or internationally.
In addition, Eng. AMER stated that this is part of the company vision in order to transform its platform and services to one online application that facilitates all our clients' requests without the need to physically visit our offices which achieve the "Social Distancing" and keep them safe.
Eng. AMER mentioned that the company successfully processed more than 2000 requests electronically through the new application in a short period of time.
