IJAZ ALAM AUGUSTINE MEETS CHAIRMAN BAIT-UL-MAL, PUNJAB

LAHORE: Provincial Minister for Human Rights, Minority Affairs and Inter-Faith Harmony, Ijaz Alam Augustine has said that Punjab Government under the leadership of Usman Buzdar striving hard to solve all issues of masses while steps taken by Punjab Biat-ul-Mal in the peak of Covid-19 were applaudable. He said that in this hour of difficulty the Punjab Government making it possible to distribute rations and financial aid to deserving people without any discrimination. He expressed these views during in a meeting with Chairman Baitul Maal, Punjab Malik Azam at camp office of human rights on Tuesday. Malik Azam told to the minister that planning to initiate project of collective marriages and Jhaiz program with own resources. He said that Punab Baitul Maal distributed ration and relief cheques among deserving families of minorities in Bhawalpur with collaboration of HR&MA department. The minister said that Punjab Government believes in service of humanity without any political interest while we are trying our best to not only protect people from corona virus but also provide maximum relief to them for that Ehsas Programme and various other initiatives have been taken. Minster Ijaz Alam said that that Government of the Punjab actively supporting the families who lost their job/source of income due to corona virus crisis and hopefully under the tremendous leadership of Imran Khan, Pakistan soon come out from difficulties faces by nation.
