LAHORE: (DGPR) Punjab Chief Minister Sardar Usman Buzdar was received at the Chief Minister's Office today by Mian Aslam Iqbal, Provincial Minister for Industry and Commerce. Chief Executive Officer Lahore Waste Management Company Imran Ali was also present on the occasion. Mian Aslam Iqbal briefed Chief Minister Usman Buzdar about the steps being taken for the cleanliness of Lahore city.
Chief Minister Usman Buzdar said that all resources should be utilized to pick up garbage from Lahore city. Hardworking and talented Minister, you have given the responsibility to keep Kolahor clean. Bad machinery for cleaning should be made functional soon and brought on the road. Lahore Waste Management Company and administrative officers should pick up garbage through joint efforts. Special attention should be paid to small settlements and covered areas. Roads should be cleaned with mechanical supers. Zerowest operation should be completed in Lahore as soon as possible.
