LAHORE: Former national cricket team captain Wasim Akram's wife and social activist Shaniera Akram has reacted to the Lahore Motorway incident. Expressing her views on the incident of gang rape of a woman in Lahore, Shaniera Akram tweeted on the micro-blogging site Twitter that "a real man protects a woman."

Wasim Akram's wife wrote in her next message explaining the tweet: "I'm not just talking about those beasts here, I'm also talking to a husband, a father, an uncle and friends that if a woman doesn't "If she says, it means 'no'. A real man does not force any woman."
